About the Role:

As a Resident Assistant at Walker Methodist, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. This role requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about helping others achieve their best life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on care to residents in assisted living/housing environments, including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, transferring, meals, and laundry.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, dietary, and activities teams to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for residents.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, residents, family members, and visitors to address their needs and concerns.

Requirements:
