Position Overview:

As a Senior Consultant specializing in Business Processes, you will facilitate and enhance SAP Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting solutions, driving improvements in our clients' operational efficiency and performance.

This role demands a high level of expertise in SAP FICO functionalities, including industry best practices. You will collaborate with clients to assess and define their business requirements, processes, and objectives, effectively scoping projects and deliverables.

Your role will involve providing strategic advice to clients regarding their key initiatives, recommending innovative solutions that anticipate future trends in both business and IT. You will also assist in developing tactical and strategic roadmaps for the deployment of SAP's digital solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a minimum of 8 years focused on Financial and Management Accounting.
  • Over 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing S/4HANA projects.
  • Proficiency in configuring and implementing Financial Accounting (FI), Management Accounting (CO), Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
  • In-depth understanding of the integration within the Financial Accounting module, including General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), and New Asset Accounting (FI-AA New), as well as their interconnections with other SAP modules.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Management Accounting module, including Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Project Systems (PS), along with their integration with other SAP components.
  • Expertise in Advanced Credit Management, Collections and Disputes Management, and Cash Management.
  • Strong grasp of the Business Partner concept, Bank Account Management, and Liquidity Forecasting/Planning.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori UX and working knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) and SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) is preferred.
  • Understanding of Central Finance (CFIN) and the transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
  • Ability to lead complex solutioning workshops and engage with clients effectively.
  • Leadership capabilities to manage customer engagements related to Financial and Management Accounting.
  • Certification in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting and Treasury is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Agile project delivery concepts and SAP Activate Project Management methodology is a plus.
