Job Responsibilities:

As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality patient care in post-acute facilities.
  • Tracking resident wellbeing and monitoring vital signs.
  • Administering medications and monitoring their effects.
  • Reviewing resident charts and medical records.
  • Assisting with the cultivation of a safe and comfortable facility.
Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program.
  • A high school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
  • The ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • At least 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role.
