Diversified Maintenance is seeking a skilled General Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. Your duties will include:

• Dusting, wiping, and spot cleaning all surfaces
• Vacuuming, mopping, and wet mopping designated areas
• Cleaning entire restrooms, including fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, and restocking supplies as needed
• Removing trash and sweeping and/or wet mopping floors
• Ensuring all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area
• Keeping closets clean, neat, and orderly
