We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Guest and Sales professional to join our team as an Island Ambassador.

As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in creating a relaxed destination for our guests, setting the course for exceptional customer service, and building a perfect oasis for our customers to explore.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a get things done mindset, be a natural collaborator, and have a High School diploma or GED.

Additionally, you will need to be willing to perform other duties as required to support the business.

", "ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS": "

We're committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all our employees.

As an Island Ambassador, you will be required to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently, bend, stoop, and kneel regularly, and climb ladders occasionally.

You will also need to be able to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

As an Island Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a relaxed destination for our guests, setting the course for exceptional customer service, and building a perfect oasis for our customers to explore.

You will need to be able to genuinely greet all guests with a friendly smile, select and help locate or obtain merchandise based on guest needs and desires, and learn, reference, and share current product knowledge with our guests.

You will also need to be able to identify opportunities to inform guests of current marketing programs and upcoming events, and actively participate in all store-related meetings.
