Job Title: Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Insight Global in the Henrico, VA area.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading drainage capital improvement projects from start to finish, including survey coordination, engineering design, right of way acquisition, utility relocation, and construction phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit construction plans, minimum design plans, and concept to contractor exhibits for review and approval for construction
  • Conduct H&H studies for in-house department specific capital improvement projects (road, bridge, etc.) and drainage projects
  • Review and recommend payment of invoices
  • Manage consultants and stakeholders, ensuring projects adhere to all technical and regulatory specifications and requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 3+ years of site developing civil engineering experience
  • Stormwater experience

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $80-110,000. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
