Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify potential health risks and develop strategies for prevention.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
