Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Catering Server to join our team at Bon Temps Grill. As a Catering Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders from customers and communicate them to the back line in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our menu items and be able to answer customer questions
  • Collect customer payments and provide change in a courteous and professional manner
  • Prepare and serve food, as well as maintain a clean and organized food line
  • Wash dishes and perform general cleaning duties as needed
  • Work at multiple locations and be available to work a variety of shifts, including late afternoons and evenings
Requirements
  • Must be 17 years old or older
  • Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours at a time
  • Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
  • Must have a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and work well under pressure
