Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of facility technicians to ensure the day-to-day operation and maintenance of facilities
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency
  • Manage and direct facilities functions on site with minimum cost and high reliability
  • Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for facilities maintenance
  • Participate in the development of goals and objectives, policies and procedures, and make recommendations for changes and improvements
  • Develop and implement training plans for facilities team members
  • Manage subordinate teams effectively to ensure positive customer support
  • Perform duties safely, effectively, and efficiently while maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Responsible for performance management, coaching, and preparing corrective action for employees

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing facilities teams
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
