Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Roof Truss Fabricator to join our production team at UFP Industries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fabricating component parts and assembling finished products according to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up work areas to ensure efficient production
  • Fabricate and assemble components in accordance with quality standards and customer specifications
  • Operate hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks
  • Stack and prepare finished products for shipping
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment, and report any equipment issues or concerns
  • Maintain accurate production records and quality control measures
  • Participate in safety and quality improvement initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • No minimum experience required, but 6 months of manufacturing and assembly experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of basic math and quality control procedures
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
