Job Summary:

Allyon, Inc. is seeking a skilled Computer Hardware Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our personal computers and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure operating systems and software packages
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Current DoD 8570 IA Baseline Certification, IAT Level I
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret Clearance
• Experience supporting Windows 7, Windows 10, and MS Office 2013
• Strong analytical and communication skills
