Intake Counselor

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intake Counselor to join our team at Spring Mountain Treatment Center. As a key member of our admissions team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and support.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine the level of care and treatment required for each patient
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
• Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote understanding and engagement in the treatment process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment outcomes

Spring Mountain Treatment Center is a 110-bed mental health facility that provides acute crisis stabilization services for adults, teens, and children in a secure inpatient setting. Our individualized treatment includes a structured, therapeutic environment, intensive physician involvement and oversight, and daily group and educational programs.

• Masters degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
• Mental health license or certification
• At least three years of experience working in a clinical setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
