Job Title: Principal Angular Developer

Fidelity TalentSource is a leading provider of temporary staffing solutions for Fidelity Investments, a global financial services firm. We are currently seeking a Principal Angular Developer with expertise in testing to join our team in Westlake, TX.

The Role

The FFIO Technology team is looking for an experienced Angular Developer to deliver next-generation pricing platforms in the cloud as part of a multi-year initiative to modernize and improve pricing capabilities.

The position involves hands-on development, technical leadership, and mentorship for junior team members. As an engineer focused on User Experience, you will help define UX standards and build a common component library for FFIO.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • A strong foundation in software engineering, with a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years' experience
  • Strong understanding of Angular 16+ framework and SPA required
  • Experience with UI testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Playwright, etc.
  • Understanding of AWS or other cloud platforms and containerization technologies such as ECS and Docker
  • Experience building and deploying cloud-enabled applications using 12 factor design
  • Experience building and deploying applications using continuous integration pipelines and automated deployment tools such as Jenkins
  • Familiarity with building sharable web components and documenting using Storybook a plus
  • Familiarity with Micro Frontend is a plus
  • Comfortable integrating with microservices and orchestration
  • Passionate and committed to learning new things and developing with the latest technologies and frameworks
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at a given time
