Tutoring Coordinators

We are seeking talented and enthusiastic Tutoring Coordinators to join our team at Southwestern Community College. As a Tutoring Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting student learning by providing high-quality tutoring services.

You will work with students in a variety of subjects, including Accounting, Anatomy and Physiology, Astronomy, Biology, Business, Chemistry, Computer Science, English, Math, Physics, and Spanish. Your primary goal will be to help students achieve their academic goals and develop a love for learning.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective tutoring strategies to meet the needs of diverse students.
• Monitor students' progress and adjust tutoring plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with instructors and other faculty members to ensure seamless support for students.
• Communicate with students, parents, and other stakeholders to keep them informed about student progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
