About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Style Consultant to join our team at Target. As a Style Consultant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized styling services to guests, offering expert advice on fashion trends and product recommendations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our apparel products, including current styles, trends, and promotions.
  • Ensure the sales floor is visually appealing, well-merchandised, and easy to navigate for guests.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
  • Participate in visual merchandising efforts, including setting up displays, creating window displays, and maintaining store fixtures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, resolve guest complaints, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, fashion styles, and product knowledge to provide expert advice to guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
