Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily administration and communication of HR policies and initiatives.
  • Manage data entry tasks across multiple HR platforms, including new hire information and employment updates.
  • Offer administrative assistance to the HR team as required.
  • Track and report HR metrics effectively.
  • Organize and maintain job descriptions for various positions.
  • Oversee the management of employee files and records, ensuring the secure storage of essential documents in digital formats.
  • Coordinate new hire notifications and manage employee exit processes with relevant stakeholders.
  • Plan and facilitate HR meetings and other necessary gatherings.
  • Support the New Hire Orientation process.
  • Assist in the administration of the Performance Review Program, Benefits Open Enrollment, and Year-End Compensation Planning.
  • Document HR procedures as necessary.
  • Help prepare separation packages when required.
  • Collaborate with Payroll as needed.
  • Act as a primary contact for general HR inquiries from employees.
Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a human resources capacity.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is strongly preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Familiarity with standard HR concepts and practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Capability to work collaboratively in a team setting as well as independently.
  • Proficient in managing general administrative tasks.
  • Self-driven with a strong desire for professional growth.
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze data effectively.
  • Experience in various HR functions, including onboarding, recruitment, and benefits administration is advantageous.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management systems.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (1-2 times per year).
