Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Catrina's Cocina & Tequila Bar in Sherman, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure a spotless service is delivered to all guests, meeting their needs and expectations to the highest level.
  • Food and Beverage Knowledge: Have a good understanding of food, wine, cocktails, and beers to engage with guests in conversation.
  • Communication Skills: Maintain smooth communication with direct reports and other Restaurant Managers/supervisors.
  • Team Player: Be available for Restaurant mandatory meetings or training and work collaboratively with the team.

Requirements:

  • Effective Communication: Ability to listen and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Multitasking: Able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience: Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter is a plus.

Compensation and Availability:

We offer competitive compensation, with available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $2.50 - $4.00/hour.
