About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, providing high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver post-acute care to patients, monitoring their physical and mental well-being and tracking vital signs
- Perform intakes, document health concerns and medical histories, and review medical records and charts
- Administer medications, maintain medical supplies, and contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for patients
- Assist with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies, and follow care plans for residents
- Competitive hourly pay range: $37-$51
- Flexibility to create your own schedule, with many shifts and facilities to choose from
