Position Overview:
The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in managing total rewards, ensuring compliance, and overseeing HRIS systems administration. This position will also encompass various HR functions including employee relations, policy formulation, and the organization of special events.

Key Responsibilities:
Total Rewards:
- Coordinate benefit plan designs and manage the annual enrollment process.
- Administer all benefits and retirement programs, addressing employee inquiries regarding benefits and leaves.
- Act as a liaison with external benefits administrators and insurance providers.
- Review compensation structures and recommend adjustments for internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Manage employee leave requests, collaborating with third-party administrators.
HRIS Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for HRIS technical support and ensure optimal system functionality.
- Oversee database management, system upgrades, and data security.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement system improvements.
- Generate accurate reports and dashboards, responding to information requests as needed.
- Train new HR staff on system usage.
Compliance:
- Draft and update policy documents in collaboration with HR leadership and legal counsel.
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and maintain accurate employee notifications.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Support various HR functions and maintain current information on the HR Intranet.
- Participate in committees and initiatives as necessary.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in human resources or business, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant experience in benefits, compensation, and HRIS management is required. HR certification is preferred. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
