Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Store Associate to join our team at our Century City, Los Angeles store. As a Store Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth. You'll be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer queries
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inspiring shopping environment
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns
  • Participate in stockroom organization and maintenance, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the store
Requirements
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in retail or sales preferred
  • Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
