Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is around $140,000 to $170,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

The Senior Counsel, Europe will provide legal guidance and advice on various matters related to our business and operations in Europe. This role will require the ability to work across different functions and business segments, exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, and effective communication at all levels and across all functions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as lead counsel for matters related to Europe.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal training, as appropriate.
• Partner with various internal customers to address and provide guidance on legal matters.

Requirements:

• Law degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice and member in good standing in an EU or EEA country, including Switzerland.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department environment. In-house experience is a plus.
• Experience in environmental law, compliance, and labor & employment matters is a plus.
