Job Description:
The Mental Health Technician will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care. This includes assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to promote recovery and wellness.

Responsibilities:
• Complete patient assessments under the supervision of Registered Nurses
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Lead and participate in therapeutic activities
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
