**Role Overview:**

The Distribution Center is the backbone of our retail operations. We seek to recruit and nurture high-energy, dedicated, and knowledgeable individuals who understand the significance of their contributions to building Intellis's relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Our maintenance team plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through their meticulous work ethic.

We are currently in search of a proficient Facility Maintenance Specialist to uphold cleanliness and maintain the building's facilities while assisting the Facilities Supervisor as required.

**Available Shifts:**

Sunday-Thursday 6pm-10pm

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain a clean and orderly environment throughout the building and grounds.
  • Utilize cleaning solutions, tools, and equipment to sweep and mop floors.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recycling on a daily basis.
  • Check and replenish restroom supplies during each shift.
  • Regularly sanitize high-touch areas such as doorknobs and desks.
  • Ensure mirrors and glass surfaces are clean and streak-free.
  • Inform the Facilities Supervisor of supply needs, major repairs, or system upgrades.

**Qualifications:**

- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- A minimum of two years of relevant experience or training.

- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer service.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

- Experience in facilities operations, including maintenance and housekeeping, is advantageous.
