Salary:
The pay range for this position is $38.51-$51.81 per hour, with opportunities for shift differentials and professional development support.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of nursing experience and a Maryland RN license. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, but not required. As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will be responsible for providing critical care to patients on the night shift. This includes assessing and treating patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate and detailed records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to learn and use computer systems to manage patient information. You will also need to meet all unit-specific certification requirements, including American Heart Association (AHA) BLS and any additional certifications as needed. A minimum of one year of RN experience is required, and a BSN within five years of hire or transfer into a Clinical Nursing position is preferred.
