About the Role

As a Bartender at PopStroke, you'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming guests to the restaurant/bar and providing exceptional service
• Sharing knowledge of our food menu and beverage offerings
• Assisting guests with our mobile ordering app
• Taking and delivering food and beverage orders
• Serving guests with outstanding attention to detail and providing a memorable experience
• Maintaining the cleanliness of all restaurant and food & beverage areas
• Preparing fresh garnishes for drinks and stocking supplies
• Complying with all safety and sanitation ordinances and state liquor laws and regulations
• Handling cash and credit transactions accurately and balancing cash drawers
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service

Requirements

We're looking for experienced bartenders who can work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional service to our guests. If you have:

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume setting
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Strong team focus and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to work in an indoor and outdoor environment
• Valid ID to serve alcohol
