The Injection Mold Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate injection molding machines to produce plastic parts
  • Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
  • Collaborate with production team to meet production targets
  • Identify and report any quality control issues or equipment malfunctions
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Work Environment:

The Injection Mold Machine Operator will work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, chemicals, and other hazards. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and must be worn at all times.

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a confined space and climb ladders
  • Ability to wear PPE and work in a fast-paced environment
