We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for travel assignments within a primary care clinic serving a critical care access hospital. This role is situated in a remote location, offering a unique opportunity to provide essential healthcare services.
Certification Requirements- Mandatory Certifications: BLS/BCLS
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in a primary care setting.
- Demonstrate exceptional flexibility, strong communication skills, and cultural sensitivity.
- Experience in obstetrics is preferred.
All employees must adhere to the following health requirements:
- Proof of mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccinations, including boosters.
- Documentation must clearly indicate the vaccine type, lot number, expiration date, administration date, and site.
- Employees with a name change must provide documentation indicating the change.
- Alternatively, diagnostic lab titers indicating immunity levels may be submitted.
It is essential for all traveling staff to present proof of completed vaccinations, as exemptions will not be accepted. The health and safety of our patients and staff are our top priority.
