Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced nurses who can float to the PICU, NICU, CICU based on hospital needs. As a pediatric critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in the ICU setting
  • Float to the PICU, NICU, CICU based on hospital needs
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of pediatric critical care nursing experience, CICU preferred
  • Eligible for or current Delaware licensure
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
