Job Summary

Yusen Logistics is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and assistance to ensure the continuity of endpoint system services for users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide complex technical support for end-user clients, troubleshooting problem areas and performing on-site or remote repairs and installations.
  • Manage and administer the 8x8 VoIP phone system, including moves, adds, and changes at each location.
  • Support SonicWALL VPN for customer and partner connections, adding users to the correct AD Security group and setting up MFA in Cisco Duo.
  • Manage Active Directory (AD) to add, move, and change users and devices, adding them to the proper OU and Security groups as required.
  • Administer the cloud-based Cisco Duo application for users having issues, reviewing for out-of-date devices and removing inactive or terminated users via the AD security group.
  • Manage and administer Office365 and MS Entra, adding, removing, and changing users and resources, distribution lists, configuring access, and assigning licenses.
  • Work closely with local warehouse management to ensure all devices and users are working properly, addressing any issues affecting the ability of the business to perform work.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in a technical or computer-related field of study, or equivalent related experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience performing increasingly senior-level desktop hardware, software, and operating systems support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office, including operation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management, including procurement and security.
  • Extensive knowledge of configuration, support, and failure analysis of major OEM desktop systems hardware and peripherals.
  • General understanding of server computing, networking, phone setup/support, storage, virtualization, and business applications.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • ITIL Foundations certification preferred.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional preferred.
  • Experience with asset lifecycle management and procurement.
  • Experience with endpoint patching and security.
