Job Summary

Concentra is seeking a skilled Physician to join our team as an Occupational Medicine Specialist. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and contributing to the success of our mission to improve the health of America's workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform medical assessments of patients and establish medically appropriate levels of care
  • Maintain clinical core competency and ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies
  • Meet with employers to discuss health and safety needs and conduct workplace walk-throughs and other on-site assessments
  • Provide guidance to other medical staff in the absence of the Center Medical Director
  • Ensure an excellent, compassionate, and warm patient experience
Requirements
  • Board eligibility or certification in an ABMS or AOA recognized specialty preferred
  • Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
  • Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction
  • FMCSA NRCME certification required prior to start date
