Senior Caregiver Opportunity at Touchmark

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Caregiver to join our team at Touchmark. As a Senior Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

About the Role

In this rewarding position, you will assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, grooming, and mobility, while building meaningful relationships with them and their families. You will also work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote resident independence and dignity.

What We Offer

As a Senior Caregiver at Touchmark, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A starting hourly rate of $16.50 for day shift, $18.50 for evening shift, and $19.50 for overnight shift.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
  • One year of caregiving experience, preferred but not required
  • The ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
