Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a skilled Scaffold Carpenter to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the stacking and counting of scaffolding materials, preparing materials for shipment, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the receipt and shipment of scaffolding materials
- Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding under the supervision of the Foreman and/or Lead Carpenter
- Have a general knowledge of various types of scaffolding materials
- Some trade school preferred but not required
- Scaffold E/D Helper 2 experience for a minimum of 1 year or approved equivalent experience
- Ability to work comfortably and safely at considerable heights
- Bilingual a plus
The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 40 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
