The Patient Services Coordinator Role

As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service to families, staff, and providers. Your responsibilities will include efficient registration and check-in of patients, obtaining accurate demographic and financial information, and supporting patient care in our clinics.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
  • One year of customer service experience required; one year of medical office setting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical insurance preferred

Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and hospital technology systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality
  • Prompt and reliable attendance

Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
