Job Title: Security Operations Center Dispatcher
Location: Los Angeles, California
Estimated Salary: $25.00 per hour
The Allied Universal Security Operations Center Dispatcher is responsible for the effective and efficient flow of information from the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Control Rooms to the Corporate Security Management. The SOC is a 24/7 operation which provides the Security Operations Team with a comprehensive monitoring approach to provide broad visibility of activity across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Alarm monitoring and response
- CCTV monitoring and camera survey
- Answering phones and operating IP-based telephone systems
- Radio dispatch and multi-channel communications
- Incident report issuance and collection
- Operations support and routing of call information to the appropriate units for handling
Qualifications:
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- Demonstrated analytic and critical thinking skills and ability to prepare reports
- Ability to prioritize workload based on urgency
- Demonstrated high level of competency with advanced computer systems
