Join Our Team as a Weekend LPN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Evergreen Commons Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a Weekend LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

The LPN will be responsible for providing nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practice and regulations. This includes collecting information from residents, recording health details, administering medications, treating wounds and bedsores, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Responsibilities
  • Collect and record resident information, including medical records and insurance details.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
  • Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements
  • Valid LPN License.
  • Up-to-date MMR vaccination and physical.
  • Good standing with the State Registry.
