Chaplain III

At Bon Secours Mercy Health, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional spiritual care to our patients, families, and staff. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Chaplain III to join our team.

• Provide spiritual care and emotional support to patients, families, and staff, recognizing the unique needs of each individual.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the spiritual and emotional needs of our patients.
• Conduct spiritual assessments and develop care plans that address the spiritual and emotional needs of our patients.
• Provide education and training to staff on spiritual care and emotional support.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the spiritual care experience for our patients.

• Master's degree in Theology or Pastoral Studies.
• Completed four or more units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE).
• Board certification by a professional certifying organization.
• Advanced certification in specialty area of Chaplaincy, Ethics, or an equivalent.
