Quality Assurance Manager

SVI Recruiting Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our SBA Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our SBA portfolio is managed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for conducting regular reviews of past-due and criticized loan reports, supervisory examination reports, and other sources of information to identify potential risks and trends. You will also develop and implement action plans to mitigate these risks and improve overall portfolio performance.
You will work closely with the department managers and staff personnel to integrate goals and activities, and provide periodic reports as required. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records and documentation, and ensure that all regulatory requirements are met.
Requirements include an Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or 5 years of related experience and/or training. You must be well-versed in bank and SBA regulations and possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
