Key Responsibilities

1. Conducts month-end closing activities, including detailed reporting and analysis, as well as the completion of account reconciliations.

2. Aids in the enhancement and maintenance of the Finance Business Intelligence application utilized for closing processes.

3. Supports internal controls by organizing and completing audits related to fixed assets and joint ventures.

4. Upholds internal controls through the management of ARM, documentation of processes, and maintenance of period close checklists and journal entry logs.

5. Provides billing support to meet customer requirements effectively.

6. Assists in the capital process and performs weekly billing for government contracts.
