Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have access to a wide range of products. Your primary responsibilities will include unloading trucks, sorting products in the backroom, and stocking shelves. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, engaging with vendors and drivers, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unload trucks and sort products in the backroom
- Stock products on shelves and ensure aisles are neat and clean
- Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
- Greet customers and answer their questions
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly wage range: $14.00 to $26.00
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances
