We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and installations.

About the Role

This permanent position is located in Hamburg, PA, and offers a competitive salary range of $28-$35 per hour, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work on the 1st shift, Monday-Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Detect and diagnose malfunctioning machines or equipment, discussing issues with supervisors or other maintenance workers to determine the best course of action.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including dismantling and repairing defective parts, cleaning and lubricating machinery components, and installing new or repaired parts.
  • Install and repair minor electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
  • Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
  • Repair and maintain physical structures within the establishment.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

  • Experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar field.
  • PREFERRED: Experience as a diesel mechanic and welding skills.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload.
