Position Overview

Stability Direct is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Possess a valid California Physical Therapy License
  • Hold a current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross for Healthcare Providers
Key Duties

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for:

  • Delivering and overseeing physical therapy services for patients across various age groups
  • Utilizing assessment tools and therapeutic techniques to facilitate rehabilitation
  • Maintaining compliance with the objectives and policies of Stability Direct
  • Participating in quality assurance initiatives
  • Fostering professionalism within the department and the broader community
  • Documenting patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately
  • Supervising therapy technicians and students during treatment sessions
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development through in-services and seminars
  • Communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for both staff and patients
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
Physical Requirements

The role involves:

  • Regularly standing and using hands for various tasks
  • Occasionally lifting and moving up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Working in a well-lit and ventilated environment, with exposure to various conditions
