Speech Pathologist Home Health Per Diem

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from illness, injury, or surgery, and regain their independence.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and training to patients and their families
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology
- Minimum of six months experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Home Health experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
