Certification Requirements
  • REEGT Certification: Radiological Electroencephalography Technologist - ABRET or other National registry is mandatory.
  • BLS Certification: Basic Life Support certification is required.
  • CLTM Certification: Preferred but not mandatory.
  • State License Verification: Required.
  • Tech Certification Verification: National verification is necessary.
  • HIPAA Compliance: Signature on the Safety Manual is required.
  • NURSYS Verification: For RN, LPN/LVN, AP.
Position Details
  • Staffing: Two EEG technicians needed for day shifts in an Inpatient EMU.
  • Shift Schedule: Three consecutive 12-hour shifts along with one non-consecutive weekend shift per month.
  • Time Off: Eight consecutive days off each month; on-call approximately 1-2 times per contract (Friday to Monday); potential for one holiday shift.
Job Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Neurodiagnostic technology is required.
  • Certifications: REEGT Certification and BLS are mandatory; CLTM certification is preferred.
Schedule Information
  • Shift Details: Three consecutive 12-hour shifts and one non-consecutive weekend shift per month.
  • On-Call Requirements: Approximately 1-2 times per contract (Friday to Monday).
  • Holiday Shifts: Potentially one holiday shift may be required.
