**Job Title:** Manufacturing Assembler II

**Estimated Salary:** $38,000 - $50,000 per year

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Assembler II to join our team at CAM RPC Electronics. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and testing electronic components according to customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electronic components using hand tools and power tools
  • Conduct in-process inspections to ensure subassemblies meet customer specifications
  • Route finished goods to appropriate personnel for further handling or final inspection process
  • Apply correct product identification labels to parts, assemblies, and final packaging

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience using automatic wire processing equipment
  • Experience using test equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Experience and familiarity with soldering, assembling, and inspecting electronic assemblies up to IPC-A-610, IPC-620A, and/or J-STD-001 standards
  • Some computer skills and/or experience with ERP software
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Experience with quality system documentation
  • Willingness to contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes
