Position: Assistant Manager, Operations

At Love's, the role of an Assistant Manager in Operations is unique and rewarding.

As a key leader within our organization, you will be empowered to take ownership of your location and manage its various functions effectively.

An Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the establishment, ensuring that all activities are coordinated to enhance customer satisfaction.

Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-performing team, and we seek candidates with:
  • 1+ years of experience in restaurant management
  • 1+ years of experience in managing operations with an annual sales volume exceeding $1 million
  • 1+ years of experience in supervising and training a team of 5-10 employees
  • A proven track record of delivering quality service and maintaining a clean environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in PC applications, including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
