Reliability Planner

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Planner - Mechanical Asset Management Specialist to join our team at Cornerstone Chemical Company. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating mechanical asset management functions to ensure optimal reliability and efficiency of our facilities.

About the Role

This position plays a critical role in maintaining the reliability of our mechanical assets, which are essential to our operations. As a Reliability Planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing maintenance work to minimize downtime and maximize production. Your expertise in mechanical integrity, maintenance planning, and inspection will enable you to identify potential issues and develop strategies to prevent equipment failures.

Main Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate mechanical asset management activities to ensure optimal reliability and efficiency
Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize production
Evaluate materials needed for planned jobs and work with vendors and warehouse teams to obtain them
Correct asset information and bills of material in CMMS
Support department KPIs related to planning
Provide cost-effective maintenance planning practices to meet budget requirements
Ensure quality work through detailed plans for craftsmen
Support reliability initiatives and maintain asset information and Bills of Material in CMMS
Work closely with engineers, maintenance teams, and operations personnel to plan and execute mechanical integrity activities

Strong computer skills and an in-depth knowledge of CMMS systems such as Maximo or SAP
Regulatory knowledge: familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations

Education and Experience

Minimum 8-10 years of plant reliability experience, with extensive hands-on knowledge of mechanical integrity, maintenance planning, or inspection in an industrial setting
Minimum 3 years of planning experience, with prior experience with CMMS systems such as Maximo or SAP
Preferred: Associates or Bachelor's level degree

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
