Job Title: Amusement Park Attendant

Job Summary: As an Amusement Park Attendant at Craig\u0027s Cruisers, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate amusement park attractions while following all safety expectations
* Anticipate and solve any guest issues, with or without assistance
* Communicate clearly with guests and team members
* Engage guests often to ensure a positive and lasting experience
* Keep surrounding areas neat, tidy, and clean
* Stay organized and aware of party schedules to execute successfully booked events
* Answer any basic questions about the facility, including pricing, directions, and duration of game play

Responsibilities for Minors:

* 14-15 Years of Age: Guest Service, general cleaning, monitoring guests, operation of a cash register
* 16-17 Years of Age: Guest Service, general cleaning, monitoring guests, operation of a cash register, ride operation, food preparation

Skills & Requirements:

* Desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat, and sociable throughout the workday
* Flexibility to work varying days, nights, holidays, and weekends
* Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred

Physical Requirements:

* Walking or standing for extended periods of time
* Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
* Performing functions that require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing, and stocking up to 50 lbs.
* Quick and accurate communication skills
* Working in an environment with bright, dim, or flashing lights and loud sounds
* Manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
* Understanding, following, and maintaining safety standards at all times
