Salary and Benefits
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $86,900 to $178,200 per annum, plus bonus and equity potential.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, and more.
In addition, we provide flexible vacation time, paid holidays, and paid sick leave, as well as employee stock purchase plan and financial planning assistance.
Job Description
This consulting position provides consistent high-quality and innovative solutions to project teams, supporting solution design and implementation aspects of engagements.
You will help enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM products to meet sophisticated customer needs, exercising creativity and independent judgment in delivering functional and technical expertise.
Partnerships with consulting teams on meaningful projects will be key, working on significant and unique issues while enabling business development efforts through domain support and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement, performing varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment.
- Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
- May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.
- Act as team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop skills of team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- At least 5+ years of experience consulting on Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM, including gathering business requirements, gap analysis, designing demos, UAT, SIT, and system configuration.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Able to travel as needed; up to 60-70% of the time.
