- Develop and maintain a written plan of nursing care, including patient education and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with the medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Document patient progress and care provided.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- AHA BLS certification prior to end of orientation period.
