Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Caregiver Med Tech to join our team at New Perspective Senior Living LLC. As a Med Passer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and services to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner
  • Document medication administration and resident care
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs) to residents
  • Assist residents with self-administration of medications
  • Count narcotics and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in the life enrichment program and engage with residents
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous Med Passer experience required
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks
  • Ability to make decisions and act in the resident's best interest
